To see faeries and magic in the world, is to see how wondrous life is, and how truly enchanting it can be." Since childhood, Audrey’s passion for the world of faery, dragons, myth & magic has been like a moth to a flame; they have always been a part of her life. Artists such as Brian Froud, Alan Lee, Wendy Pini, and Kinuko Craft have helped fan that flame. As long as she can remember, her dream has been to be recognized among such talented fantasy artists.
Throughout high school she took as many art classes as she could, and when she graduated and went on to college, she knew that art was to be her major. She graduated from Angelo State University in December 2001, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, specializing in ceramics and painting. She then worked for two years as a graphic artist for local businesses & newspapers. However, her passion for fantasy art has been rekindled, and now she walks the path that she always envisioned. In 2003, she married, and has since been devoting her time to the pursuit of her art career. "It’s a hard road," she says, "and I am lucky enough to have someone in my life patient and willing, helping to guide me as I work to put my dreams to paper." She longs to succeed in her endeavors and hopes others will enjoy her visions as much as she enjoys creating them.
